"We shot every 'shirtless' scene in Manhunter both with
tattoo and without. Michael Mann made the choice in
editing to use the scenes without the tattoo - I
remember him saying that it was 'too much' and it
'diminished' the character."

Hannibal is my very wide-unfold out of all of them. i like how that is focused so a lot extra on Hannibal Lector and you get a super type of Anthony Hopkins screentime :) plus Ridley Scott is one among my wide-unfold directors and there are some incredibly impressive gore scenes! Silence of the Lambs and crimson Dragon are probably equivalent 2d favourites for me. Silence of the Lambs is obviously between the main suitable and maximum demanding thrillers of all time, yet i ought to confess I do love crimson Dragon for a fashion bloody demanding that is. Plus Edward Norton, Harvey Keitel, Ralph Fiennes, Anthony Hopkins and Phillip Seymour Hoffman do make for a especially darn strategies-blowing solid! Hannibal turning out to be i assumed grow to be in user-friendly terms a under common secret. I observed it interior the cinema easily, it grow to be ok, yet no longer a patch on the different video clips. I rather think of of it as area of the franchise incredibly. i've got in no way seen Manhunter. I could do!! Helloooooooo Dan :D hi DAN! :) Aww cheers :) it grow to be exciting thank you. depressing to be back at paintings! yet yahoo-solutions shall keep me going!! i visit show screen Manhunter very quickly I reckon :)

I don't remember him displaying tattoos in "Manhunter". The character displayed tattoos in the re-make. ("Red Dragon", starring Ralph Fiennes)

I'll have to look it up, though. It's been a little while since I've seen it.

Additional details: I just looked up the Wik article you're talking about...it looks familiar. I think that's a scene where he's at one of the houses of a family that he's killing. I think he takes his shirt off in one of those scenes. (Again, not 100% positive, though.)
