what could it be if you are able to see your neck palpitate?

i seen my moms neck and it kinda seemed to palpitate a litle hard i dont know it was just visible could this mean anythin? im worried...

Could be one of the arteries in her neck but I would recommend that she see her doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think.
