I want to be a social worker but that degree is not offered at my University. The difference between the BS and BA at my school is that in a BS you will minor in a science and a BA in an art. I would like to minor in a language but I hear BA's are not as lucrative as BS's. I know I will probably need a master's eventually as well. So what do you think?

I had to make this same choice and I found out that it's easier to get hired with a BS---go for the BS.

PLEASE, Please stay away from Psy 1, or 2, o3, or 4 !!!!!
Social worker ????? You must be mad ! - First, the pay is lousy unless you have the experience and a Masters ! - And to get the experience you are going to go thru hell for at least 3 horrible years !!! - Believe me - However, a BS would be better - And BEHAVIORAL Psy a million times better than Clinical - No matter who tells you differently
