First of all, if you are a Christian and Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior, then you cannot be possessed by a demon spirit as the Bible says, your spirit is then sealed by the Holy Spirit until the Day of Redemption by Our Lord. You can, however, be oppressed by a demon spirit. Individuals who are not saved (have not accepted Christ) can, however, be possessed by a demon or many demon spirits. A person like this is like an unvaccinated person in a room of deadly bacteria. As the poster above said dabbling in things that God warns us to stay away from (pornography, sexual deviation, the occult, abusing drugs, hate, bigotry,and a myriad of things) can lead to demon possession. The Bible tells of a man that was delivered of a demon spirit and was cautioned later to "keep his house clean", or body from these things, to read the word daily, pray daily and stay close to His Heavenly Father. The Word says that if he did not do these things the spirit that was cast out would come back to dwell in him and bring seven more spirits more wicked than itself to live in him. Easy...only watch Network Television, only eat Combos and Papa John's Pizza, listen to top 40 music and believe that Britney Spears actually has something artistic to say...change your name to Chris Crocker and then post a video on line of yourself screaming at everyone to "Leave Britney alone" and that we are all a bunch of "b@stards"!
If that guy (or girl I am not sure) is not possessed by a demon then I don't know who is!!

By dabbling with the occult (Tarot, weggee boards etc , drugs basically anything that opens the door to the spirit world.

If they're not saved, and if they skrew around with witchcraft(weggieboards, spells, etc...) Worship the devil....gah this stuff is weird. You gotta be skrewed up to do this kind of stuff!!
