Uneducated low lifes is the only description I can give for the people who do this sort of thing, because anyone with just a minute part of their brain actually functioning would NEVER stoop to this level!

I never looked at your link(too upsetting) i heard about it on the news & they are real CREEPS & need to be put in jail for 10 years the sick in the head maggots can't insult animals calling them animals hense the maggots!! serial killers do things like that & i hope they find who did it because they are dangerous to have on our streets
