How come there are many?

At these times how come there are many divorces seperations in married couples everywhere ? I mean whats up with that?

For one thing we women are getting smarter we don't have to put up with a mans bad behavior just because we are married.We can now take care of our self we don't need a man to take care of us.

I feel that unfortunately times have changed for a somewhat good reason but bad. Roles have changed in women who have become more intelligent not that they wasnt back then but they are more career driven which is a good thing but at times it can kind of be a battle of the sexes. Who wears the pants in the house? Some women want it all a husband,kids, career, ect. some Men are not taking the responsiblty of taking care of there childeren.Back then it was up to the man to work hard and provide for the family to make a living. Too many young people are moving fast,they are having sex at ages that are unheard of and jumping into realtioships. I dont know if its something their trying to find to feel the emptiness they didnt get growing up or what.

people today are not as socially tied to their parents as before, so it easy to divorce and not feel too bad about it
people have just accepted the high divorce rates and failed marriages as modern living, in the same way people will adjust to a bad neighborhood and not be phased by drive by shooting, but just accept that is part of their reality, so it is with divorce, no one really goes to weddings anymore thinking they ( the to be married couple ) will stay married forever, as they are fewer role models ( parents ) who are still married, when the un normal becomes the norm, a new sense of standard emerges, hence why marriage rates are down.. the thinking is why even marry? it will only end in divorce. their are more single people / couples than married couples for the 1st time in recorded history, the truth is selfishness and losing a moral compass and lack of role models contribute to high rates of divorce, children of divorce breed more children who will divorce at much higher rates than those who come from a stable married family. to that extent it's will be soon getting impossible to find anyone who has not been affected by divorce. so i advise any man i meet never to get married, there is no benefit in it anymore, women are increasingly likely to cheat as men, and increasingly those with higher incomes than the husbands are finding that no fault works in reverse in family court, and against them

Part of the problem is the fast life we all live in. Another thing I
blame this on is that couples not sure about who they are and
what they want in life,marriage and work. So this causes many divorces. On the other hand I would rather see that they
divorce then end up killing their mate. As you hear this so much more hap-ping now days,

People get marriage with the idea that if I get tire of you I can divorce you. It is too hard to work out there problems. They don't listen to the wedding vows they are to busy thinking about the big party they are going to have after.

A more positive way to look at this is to look at the marriages that last.

There are a lot of happily married people, I'm one of those people.....but it's the ones that don't last that gets all the attention.

Due to irreconciliable diferrences between husband and wife. Some cases of devorces were due to cheatings, selfishness lack of understanding, respect, human abuses and becoming iresponsible spouse that caused them financially troubles.

Other devorced due to lack of constant or often communication between wife and husband that a small gap if not patch up sooner will become big until it reaches to bitter conflict that can not be managed to settle up.

People now days are leaping into marraige too fast, and alot of the time it is for the wrong reasons. And they dont try to make it work, it's give and take.
