This is relatively easy to dispute empirically, but if you would to view yourself in this light, you have that choice.
Being psychic, or the ability to foretell the future is not limited to one set of events -- such as knowing that bad things will happen. In fact, like many, you probably using a rational and reasoning part of your mind to determine this.
I can predict if you drink and drive that you will have an accident. That doesn't make me a psyhic, that means that I can generally assess information and make a "reasonable" prediction about a future outcome.
If you could read the future, could you tell us the lottery numbers for next week. I consider winning something bad.

Nope. Predicting that bad things will happen is akin to predicting that the sun will come up tomorrow.
