Some questions are just WORTHLESS. In my opinion there are two varieties that suck equally.

It's either the ones that go something like this:
ok so i'm 12 and like this guy i like he looked at me the other day and i looked at him so like does that mean that like maybe hes in love with me or like does he like my friend because he looked at her too i dont know what to do please help

or the ones that go sort of like this:
So, would you or wouldn't you? (with no other explanation at all)

Okay, yes, the pregnancy ones and the ones asking for celebrities phone numbers are bad too, I agree!

The ones I consider a complete waste of time, and usually don't get suckered into, but sometimes do, are the ones where the poster is on some wild eyed, rabid, spit spraying rant and writes the whole scathing diatribe and tacks a question mark on the end like it was a real question. You know, you KNOW this idiot doesn't want an honest answer...they don't even require you answer anything. All you have to do is say "I agree with you"; disagreement is met with more spraying of spittle and an edit: "OMFG, you are so stupid, and I can't even email you and tell you because you blocked email and its because you're stupid". Oh, wait....I think that's the same poster you're talking about in your first example...at least the mentality is the same.

I just agreed with you on another question, and I agree here, too. I give a question like this a glance then move on. This is a talk-it-over-with-girlfriends! Maybe they should have an advice column section.

I also skip questions that could be answered by doing scant research on the Net.

Then, there are those questions that sound as if we're supposed to do their homework!

I'm a newcomer here, having arrived about a week ago; I don't really recall. So, I probably shouldn't make such sweeping judgments. I like the people who have sound questions, ones that do turn out to be tricky to find answers for, or who pose interesting miscellaneous questions, such as those in Polls & Surveys.

I have seen people post, asking what the questioner is talking about! *giggle*

I would argue both types of questions you described are equally ridiculous. Also it annoys me when people ask questions about what girls like. Someone on here asked I'm tall and good looking how can I get a girlfriend. Another guy asked on here do girls prefer tall or short guys. If either person was a normal freaking human being, they would know that no matter what height they are, it doesn't really matter as long as their confident, but of course this is logic which doesn't go well into the thick skulls of people who ask these kinds of idiotic questions.

Agreed! I also hate the ones where a person makes up a far fetched ailment and situation and posts to get attention. The stupid part is that if you look at their prior questions its the same situation but a different illness. I hate people who waste space.

The 1st one pisses me off.

The 2nd one usually only pisses people off if they lack the creativity to think of something.

I hate questions like,

"Hi, how du I look? Rate me frum 1 to 10, lol!
