Put your purse in your backpack that will help with one bag. Is there a spot in the care center that you can leave some extra baby items so you don't have to carry them everyday? I know most day cares have a special cubby for each child that they keep their extra stuff in maybe your school with have something similar. Or If you have a locker there you can leave some extra baby items there.

Give up carrying a purse for about the next 3 years! your keys cell phone and wallet can go in the diaper bag. As for the rest of your stuff, can you use a stroller? the diaper bag and your backpack can fit in the basket under the seat while your daughter is in the seat. Or you can carry your backpack or get one with wheels that will roll behind you.

Good Luck!

You may need to invest in a small pack mule LOL ! Does your daughter go with you from class/class or is she in daycare? Well you can pack her things in a regular diaper bag.. Put her in her stroller w/ diaper bag. You don't need tons of extra stuff on a day to day basis so a small bag should be fine ! Pack your things in a backpack and wear it on your back pack a small purse w/ basic essentials in the backpack... good luck...

eliminate the purse!!

you'll be dropping off your daughter in another room right? if so, put your stuff in your backpack... if you can get it all in a makeup bag that would be great... then when you're just out w/ your daughter you transfer the make up bag to the diaper bag...

so basically a cute make up bag becomes your purse... carried in either your school bag or your diaper bag. if you make one of these bags a messenger style bag... then you can double up - one messenger, one backpack... HANDS FREE for baby girl!!

Not at all a stupid question.... it would only be stupid if it were possible for humans to grow a third arm, then this question would be unnecessary!!!

Not a stupid question at all! Excellent one!

Okay- Purse GOES! That's the reality.
You are now officially a Diaper bag fashionesta until you are "diaper free" Mommy. Put the basics you need in your backpack and do your best to get enough done, so the books can stay in the locker or at home. Consolidate and Eliminate- daily! Take a disposable camera too, trust me, those moments happen anytime, take tons of photos holding the baby, while it is small. They grow so fast.

Best wishes. Welcome to motherhood!. High school will be a breeze compared to it., keep a routine, set it and keep it year round! Go straight to college, no breather for summer, the faster you do it, the faster your done. Take as much courses NOW while the baby is little and can be cared for easily. In two years it will be SOOOOOOOOOOO much harder.

I have a small purse that I stick in my diaper bag so that if I need to leave the bag, I can quickly grab all my stuff. Put the backpack on first, then the diaper bag around your neck, and that will leave your hands free for baby.

I agree with the others, either lose the purse or put a small one in the diaper bag or or your bookbag :) for your little one, you can get a good sling so you can wear your baby and still have both of your arms free.
id ont even carry my purse around anymore...just been carrying the diaper bag;)

Ok, first off get one bag for everything (except your books of course). Try to just bring what you need, like wallet, lip gloss, keys, etc. Bring everything your daughter will need: diapers, wipes and a change of clothes. Can you bring a stroller? That way everything can fit under in the basket. If not, you could get a sling, I have one and love it: called luck baby sling. For your books, I would keep them in the backpack along with all your other school supplies.

Get a Stroller, for one. Put your stuff in the diaper bag except for your books. Get a backpack for them. Put the baby in the stroller, put the diaper bag either in the stroller (mnost stollers have little baskets for stuff like that), or put it over your shoulder. wear your backpack on your back. And Voila! You're ready to go!
