Almost all of these answers are wrong, I'm saying this because it involves your very health and safety and, can actually kill you.
At 110 degrees, what a hot tub is usually set at, you shouldn't drink, to start with, and, you shouldn't go in alone or at least let someone know or set an alarm. Then get out after no longer then ten minutes, a new hot tub has a time set on it that has to be reset.
People with heart diseases shouldn't use a hot tub at all.
I used a hot tub, not knowing the problems it would create, I have a heart condition. Within a few moments I felt very dizzy, I attributed this to being tired and stayed in. I became very ill and then knew something was wrong, I started having heart problems and had to be taken to the ER.
That when I found out the information about hot tubs and the seriousness about them and, the caution that should be used with them.

About 102 is good enough for any spa....The bromine could react with your skin if it's too hot and you may become dehydrated if in it for longer than a 20 min span....Def do not drink alot of alcohol if your planning on hanging out in it for a while it'll make ya sick.

If I recall, 15 minutes is the guideline.
After 15 mins you should take a break and cool down.
