Available diet (low), population (over crowding), climate (over stressed due to climate). ???? Available diet affects what the mother's body can provide for the child. Population affects disease etc. Climate affects the mother in terms of exaughstion and energy expended by the mother for survival in dealing with that climate. Other than that Im not sure.
