"I like girls"
My friend told me it means they're unsure of their sexuality and are convincing themself & others that they are straight. I thought of it as an inside joke or of the band Boys Like Girls. What do you think?

You can't just see it just for what it says, you have to think, why would they write something like that, & what would be the point? It just seems like an odd headline, to me. I'm straight, and I wouldn't put my headline as "I like boys".

there are many possiblites, but sometimes people just put random headlines.

It means just that. The guy likes girls but if it was on a girl's myspace then it might mean she's bi or a lesbian.
