Go to the ER. Your life isn't worth waiting for 30 people to answer on here. Many states force car insurance to pay for medical bills incurred as a result of an accident. Make sure you tell them when you check in that it was an auto accident. Have someone take you NOW.

It is possible. Why weren't you checked out at the er or something? Concussions are not anything to mess around with. If someone has had a concussion and gets another they compound. If you have any other things happen, confusion, weird behavior, not recognizing people or places, pain, slurred speech, have someone take you to the emergency room.

sounds like you might have a mild concussion. you should really get checked out, anytime you have an accident for that matter. Are you sleeping ok? Vision ok? The headache is a red flag, but it could just be muscular as well.
go see your doctor.

the first 48hours after the injury is critical in head injuries. if you experienced loss of consciousness which most likely you did because you can't remember what happened during the accident. if your experiencing headache, vomiting, blurring of vision, difficulty in your speech, doubling of vision... you should get a plain cranial ct scan. then see a neurosurgeon to see the ct result.

Most likely yes, at the least you have a concussion, at worst you have a hematoma (bloodclot) in your head. Get yourself to a doctor.

Yes, more than likely you do. You are very lucky if that is the only thing you came away with. If you have someone around that can wake you up every few hours, do it.

didn't they check you out after the car crash??? you should go see the doctor, sitting on your computer and seeing what a few people say what they think it is won't help you. go to the doctor, they are the only one who can really say if you do or don't.
