it's a simple animeish smiley. ^ is a closed eye. it can be made using shift+6. to create a smily you will need a mouth so to do so use this symbol - . it can be used by pressing the button with the lines on it (next to the 0). so then you assemble it. *slo mo* ^ - ^. finished product: ^-^

yeah it is kinda like an asian thing
cuz the stereotype is asians have chinky eyes.. (although i don't..) so this ^^ is the eyes and - is the mouth
so you put it altogether ^-^ haha
