You can always find synonyms and usually find antonyms in a thesaurus. For example:

Pantomime
Synonyms: act out, flag, indicate, mime, pantomime, signal, signalize, use one's hands, use sign language, wave
Antonyms: speak

If you can't find an antonym, test one of the synonyms for the word you are looking for.
