I filed my divorce papers today with the Prothonotary and realized that there is a mistake in the wording. What is the procedure for correcting that mistake in Pennsylvania? or do I have to refile and pay the fee again?

Is there a procedure or motion or do I just file the corrected portion?

Amend the complaint. No additional fee. In most counties, there are additional fees for additional counts in a complaint. If you are adding additional counts to the complaint, the prothonotary has a right to charge an additional fee.
