The are the new Preatorian Guard, answerable to no one but Bush. At the end of the day, American military still have to obey legal orders and to stay within compliance of the UCMJ. The Blackwater Brownnshirts don't need to concern themselves with legalities and Iraqi lives are cheap. The are kind of like pit bulls with a finely honed killer instinct.
