uhmm anywhere really. but i guess the most popular place to get bras is victoria's secret. you might want to try their PINK brand. its made for younger girls (i'm assuming this because of the size you said) and PINK has lots of lacy items. hope i helped :]

Target, Kohls, etc. (any big store in the girls or teens or junioers or misses section). Try Victorias Secret but 32A might be hard in V. S. for lacy bras
