I have a great story about meeting my first wife, here goes.
I had been living out of the country for about a year, when I became ill with stomach problems. I came back to the states to see a doctor. I was in the hospital having several tests run to find out what the problem was. On this particular morning I was scheduled to have a proctoscopy. My future wife whom I had never seen before was assigned to care for me that day. She was working as a nurses aid while attending nursing school. She took me to down the elevator to the lab where they were going to do the test. I was only 19 at the time and very naive when it came to sex and women. As we entered the room where the doctor was, he recognized her and knew that she was studying to be a nurse. He told her that this would be a great opportunity to observe and see the scope which a lot of student nurses don't get the opportunity to see. She agreed and decided to stay. At that point the doctor told me to drop my pj's and underwear. So there I was everything hanging out and this beautiful young woman looking at it all. I then was told to bend over the table and the doc shoved this tube up my but looked around and then invited her to take a look, which she did. After the test on the way up to my room I had the courage, don't know how I did because I'm not very forward when it comes to things like that, to say now that you have seen that part how about getting to know me better. So we had lunch in the hospital cafeteria. Two months later we were engaged and 3 months after that we were married. It lasted 33 years.

I met my husband in an online chat room in 1997. I was 19 years old, and he was 24. We talked on the phone the next day, and we met a week later, and moved in together 3 months after that. We have been married now for almost 9 years, and we have 3 children.

We met in High School. We were both 17. I was a Senior and he was a Junior. The only reason we were in different grades was because my B-day fell before the cut off and his didn't. We did not date in High School nor were we even friends. We had an after school activity together; literary magazine.
4 years later we started dating and shortly (3 1/2 months) there after we got married. It's been 7 years now, and it is wonderful.

I met my husband in a bar!
I was 33 years old and had recently ended a 6 year relationship. I was becoming very depressed. One night my sister and my cousin barged into my house and said "get off that couch and get in the shower, because you're coming with us to meet a real man". I had no intention of going anywhere, but when I saw they wouldn't give up, I wound up in the shower.
When we arrived and walked over to the bar to order some drinks, I looked to my left and I lost my mind. There he was! I don't know what happened to me, but I grabbed my sister's arm and began jumping up and down telling her to look at the guy on my left. When she looked her eyes lit up also. He was gorgeous. 36 years old. He didn't even see me acting like an idiot, he was just paying for his drink.
We were having a good time with different people, but all night, all I did was stare at him, until my sister jumped up and said "I'll be right back". I was so embarrassed and my cousin was hysterical, because we both knew what she was going to do. She walked over to him and told him that her sister has to meet him. He said "I would love to meet your sister". She walked back to our table with him and introduced us and we've been happily married for 13 years.
Nothing is better!

I have known my spouse since I was 13, he was 17. I became best friends with his sister in high school. I didn't really notice him until I was 21. We were at his sisters' 21st b-day party at their parent's house when we 'met'. A few drinks later, and we were hanging out, playing around (not sexually, wrestling, chasing etc). Then as the night wore on, I cuddled up to him for warmth. He rang me up three days later and asked me out. He got my number by sneaking his sister's address book! lol. We went to a movie for our first date. It wasn't long before we both knew we wanted to get married. And I propose to him at 6 months!
