Most definately stick with the 8 track. What other player has the ability (click click) to change tracks in the (click click) middle of a song.

I'm not sure if this is a joke or not. But in case it's not, I'd say switch your 8 tracks to a digital format (like mp3), rather than cassettes.
Though this question definitely made my day happier :-D

i think you could sell your 8-track on e-bay...they have to be worth some money.
