Reality shows are not sentient, thus they are unable to have an agenda, or the ability to teach anything. Those behind the scenes, on the other hand, like to make money.

Reality shows are just experiments, Big Brother for instance, other than that they are just for money, popularity, fame etc..
NO idea what they can teach us. Did the taught us anything so far? I can't recall.

That even reality isn't real?
That we are pretty sad to criticize others when we won't take the initiative ourselves?
Prime example: American Idol. We always laugh at the people who can't sing..how about if we try going up there?
Survivor? Who can survive out there? It's been proven that man can't live off the land anymore countless times.

Absolutely nothing -it's cheap TV and serves to distract people from noticing what's going on in the real world.
I've seen more interesting stuff down our street.

They want us to take a good hard look at ourselves while at the same time not wanting us to be better people cos if we were we wouldnt watch.
