do you know of the man that can draw money?

i seen this on a documentary i saw in school, this man could draw money, he could take a pencil or paintbrush and create something that looks exactly like the dollar, does anyone know his name or what i could look under to find some photo evidence of this?

sorry I don't remember his name but his work was amazing. People actually let him spend it because it was so realistic. The federal government I think was trying to stop him, but he doesn't pass them as real. He tells everyone they are his art work.
