Eating too much of anything is a bad choice. Your body requires a complex combinations from all nutrition sources and should be balanced with proteins, carbohydrates (at least a few complex carbs, not necessarily a box of mac and cheese), very few fats, and all the vitamins and minerals provided by a variety of foods, especially dark green vegetables.

I wouldn't eat six bowls of anything, unless it was mostly a variety of fresh vegetables and other low-fat, high nutrition foods.

(PS, your body does better with nutrients from natural sources. Foods like cereals are highly processed. The less processed, the better the source of the nutrients, not artificial sources of vitamins added after the fact).

Considering the carbs alone, yes it's bad. You say you are having 6 servings. Each serving is 3/4 cup. Each serving contains 25 carbs. 25 x 6 servings=150 carbs total. 150 carbs for dinner is a LOT, especially if you are on a diet. I would reconsider.

Just so you know, since I started this diet I lost 30 pounds so far. So is it stupid to count your carbs? No.

Eat a moderate-sized portion meal, consisting of vegetables, complex carbs, some protein (dairy, fish, meat..) and a little fat for dinner. NEVER skip meals...

Exercise your whole body a couple of times a week until you really break a sweat...

And pretty soon, you won't be needing a diet anymore!! (I believe you are dieting to reduce your body weight)

All in all, all I have to say to you is:

"Take Everything in Moderation, Never do Something in Excess"

it's better than mcdonald's but what about some veggies or fruit?. I hope you at least had it with 1% milk.
Seriously you need to eat more variety of foods, there's lots of things that are low fat you can have for dinner that's a little more interesting than cereal!
