No. Even at public events (i do no longer know no rely if this one grow to be government-subsidized, or positioned on by a private team), time, place and way regulations on speech are authorised. This guy or woman handed his time, and grow to be disruptive. there's a distinction between freedom - "ordered liberty" - and anarchy. If unfastened speech means every physique can arise and incredibly take over a meeting for his very own purposes, then we can all have the skill to drown one yet another out. Then no person might have unfastened speech! playstation i do no longer think of law enforcement officials could ought to attempt against for an prolonged era with somebody. And tasers are extra humane than the old truncheon, or nightstick. And no person knew precisely what they have been dealing with on the time. we've all had 2 days to 2d-guess. What if he had had a gun or something? He needless to say looked unbalanced, and something is available in those situations. Ask police who're out on the streets daily. i might fairly be risk-free than sorry.

There is more to the story than the media is telling. The guy rushed the mic after it was cut off screaming that he had a question and he was asked to leave and did not. Even though his non compliance did not involve fighting, he was resisting and I suppose the officers did what they felt necessary. I heard from an eye-witness, a student standing right beside the guy who said the question asking/interview session was over and what the guy did was wrong. The story from my "friend" is not what the media is airing. They edited out the part where the speech was over, etc...This sheds a different light on the story. We can only judge if we were there in person, and I was not.

How about you grow up and recognize that the guy was asked to stop hogging the microphone and let someone else have a chance to speak. The police were doing their job in trying to remove a person that was bringing a debate to a stand still. The United States is based upon the rule of law not the loudest voice and when a cop tells you to do something, he has the law backing him up. From the fools behavior, I would say he was off his medication and manic.

I didn't see anything about the incident to which you referred, but I read the answers you got. Wow, maybe they will put the video on U-Tube. I would like to see the moron get zapped! In fact, I wish I could have been the one to stick the Taser to his hide!

That guy was totally disruptive and disrespectful to everybody else there, and he went to the forum not for any serious reason but only to get himself noticed and post a video on his stupid youtube site. Nobody "helped" him because everybody was sick of his behavior. He's a very immature individual. He wanted "fame" and I guess he got it.
He resisted arrest, and he got tazed. He was warned, and he kept fighting. He deserved it.

Way I heard it, he was asking a question out of turn.
You may not give a rip about the campaign, but if someone cuts the line at the grocery store, I'd like to see them get tased.

First of all the guy refused to leave the podium when his time was up........next when police asked him to leave he refused....then he physically resisted...... you see the way this works is....when an officers orders you to do something you do it...thats what we pay them to do.....If the guy followed the rules for the event, then listens to the cops and leaves...he would not have been touched......
P.S. Cant stand John Kerry
