I want a team with good defense, a good passing and running qb, decent receivers, and a good running game

So basically you want a team that is the best at everything? Pats have the best rating a 97 I believe. Colts and chargers are right behind them.
Really it all depends on your style of play not the raw stats.

The Pats or be the Bears and make trades for a better QB, RB, and WR

Probably the Chargers (LT, Rivers, Gates, Jackson is capable, plus the defense)
