I always feel tired in the afternoon. I've been told that I need to make sure I take my vitamins daily. Is there really a brand that is best, and what do you think is the best vitamin to take the will give you energy?

Im just like you, really tired in the afternoon. You may be anemic (low iron) or just stressed, or staying up to late! lol I take One a Day Womens Health Energy. It has EVERYTHING you need, including a bit of caffine to help you keep going throughout the day. take it from me, they help alot. You can find them in any med section at walmart, riteaid, hannaford, shaws, etc etc etc. Good luck and i hope you feel better!

I have problems with tiredness myself, so I'm probably not the best person to answer this question...but, I take a liquid vitamin from extreme research. Liquid is better because its more absorbable, and goes directly into your bloodstream. This product has a large variety of vitamins, as well as 72 trace minerals. It has a touch of caffeine to help one perk up for the day. I think it tastes good, and I don't feel as tired as I use to. You could look for something similar in the health food store, or you can e-mail me privately and I can let you know how to find this product through the mail.

Take an all purpose vitamin in the morning. If you are tired in the afternoon, it's because your blood sugar is down. Eat one candy bar and it will perk you up.

First, have youself checked out by your doctor.

Also, a daily multi-vitamin with breakfast would be a good idea. Nothing more than that until you've spoken to your doc.

Go to GNC, they can show you the best multi-vitamins to take. Have your iron checked by a doctor. When mine gets low, I get tired.

I take a B100 every morning....it helps with energy, and works great if you are a high stressed person. Plus it does a number of things to help your body out

try taking a multi B complex it boosts your energy & if you are allergic to bees it makes your body give off a scent that drives bees away.
