Got written a check and I wanted to put my money in the account ASAP since I'm in school during its operating hours. i was wondering if Wachovia allows you to deposit it in their ATM. If so, do you need a deposit slip or should I just fill out the envelope.

Yes you can deposit a check into the atm like the other user said just put your atm/debit card in select deposit put in the amount and put the check into the envelope and there is a slot to put it in the atm.

Remember if you make your deposit after the 4 pm cut off time it will not be available until the following day after midnight and that is only if they don't place a hold on it which could be anywhere from 3 to 11 business days. You'll want to make sure it is available before spending the money

Yeah you can do that, all you need is your atm card.

Put the check into the envelope and follow the atm directions. You don't need a deposit slip because the atm prints out the info onto the envelope.

The first answer is correct, just fill out the envelope. Check the ATM for a label showing the cut off time to credit the same business day. Many ATMs have a 2:00pm cutoff.
