Giving 2 weeks notice is the right thing to do. Never burn bridges when it comes to employment. However, don't be surprised it they tell you to pack up and leave immediately.

Your employment is at will. This means you can quit whenever you want. Giving a two week notice is optional and is considered professional because it allows the employer to find somebody to replace you. The benefit to you is that the employer will speak favorably of you as a reference to your new employer.

However, since you already have a job and don't need to use them as a reference - feel free to quit whenever you want. Stay on board until you start the new job so you can pay your bills.

As an administrator with a company I find it very helpful to give a 2 week notice. The employee who gives a notice is opt for a rehire position with the company at a later time. You never know when you may need to rely on this previous employer for possible reference or if you need to return to this company. I also understand that throughout the probation period a company may terminate your employment at any as well as you may terminate this employment. If you are interested in possibly working 2 jobs if you talk to your employer they may be able to set a schedule around your other work schedule.

Give 2 weeks notice is a must. In doing so, you will not burn the bridge once you passed it. You do not want to ruin your reference for future employment.
