electrics tend to be heavier because they're solid wood
if your asking what a light bass is like a specific model u should go to a music store and see for yourself

i find most basses are quite light. i wouldnt worry about it, compared to most guitars basses are fairly light, especially compared to an ibanez. my suggestion for a bass would be a sledgehammer. im not entirely sure how to find one but its light, and cheap. and very high quality for the price. mine was used by 3 people, and its still in great condition, it still holds a tune fantastically. its really good for the price, and will last you forever if you take care of it.
