Is there a cooking school I can go to so that I can become a master baster?

What you do is get some chicks in bikinis and take them to the beach with a gallon of oil...and practice, practice, practice !!!
You'll be a master in no time...or something...

Put your fingers under the skin go down as far as you can to separate it from the meat then put butter in there. When the juices start to run into the pan get a baster and use those juices to moisten the skin. Do this about every 30 to 45 minutes until done.
Now if that was just a cheap joke...ha ha

I don't think they give classes on how to be a master baster. I think it is just something you have to pick up on your own.

you shouldn't be using oil.. Turkey will make it's own juices and use that to baste it.
