How can I get in touch with my high school football coach?

I'm trying to figure out how to get in touch with my old high school football coach to see about getting into coaching. Any idea how I can do that(besides the phone book)?

Find out his address and the write a couple of time find out if it ok to meet then go from there.

Go back to your old high school and find him when you get time off
