How much would they have to pay according to Weis' contract? I'm sure they will owe him something, probably a lot, correct?

Uh...They would have to buy the contract out...ALL of it...Thats why they are gonna give him another couple years to turn it around or else...Past coaches have had 5 years, even Faust...In other words, the contract is pretty much honored whether he stays or is fired...So, he'll have at least two more years before they give up on him...

What would it cost to buy him out? 20 mil? One or two BCS Bowl games would make up the difference.

they'd have Hell to pay since they signed him to a, what, TEN year contract? He needs time to recruit.
