His first 4 years in Phoenix...they made the playoffs every year too

Yes the year is alittle hazy ,early 90's, they made a run in the playoffs by sweeping every team they played until the Finals against the Penguins. Where they were swept out of it 4-0. I even remember in game one of that series the hawks were up 3 nothing and ended up losing 5-3. that year they had an allstar team that wirtz dealt away, names like roenick, chelios, belfour, and for god sake Dominik Hasek was their backup goalie.

They went to finals against the Pens and Mario destroyed them (92 or 93 I believe).
