Anyways, so whenever I got home, I was about to eat and then I thought...what if he spit in my food because I was getting irritated???
So...my question is...should I eat it or not?
Is the ketchup blood and is there spit on it? I can't tell...but if it were...could I get HIV if he had it and lets say he did spit on my food or bled on it...would the HIV virus be able to survive on my hamburger.
I know this seems stupid, but I am serious.

Since he only took your order & did not MAKE the food, I'd say you are probably safe.

My ex has worked in all kinds of restaurants from five star to fast food. He always told me to be nice to the person taking your order. As far as HIV the amount of it found in saliva is relatively small besides the virus cannot live outside the body for very long. As for blood I'm not sure he would even have had time to squeeze blood in the ketchup. He's not even the one preparing your food.
In the future just ignore rudeness from anyone who will be serving your food. If you truly feel uncomfortable by eating it then for your own piece of mind don't

First off, you can't get HIV from somebody's spit.
Nobody's going to bleed on it, way too much trouble for them.
If you were REALLY REALLY rude, it might provide a motive (have heard of someone preparing a burnt burger because the order taker was being harassed), but being a little rude and irritated shouldn't bother most people, even sensitive ones.
Even if it bothered the person taking your order, you weren't directly speaking to the sandwich maker, who is the person making your food. Only if you strongly offended the sandwich maker would they consider doing that sort of thing, under the risk that they're caught by their manager.
It's okay to eat it, but if you're irritated, at least try to hide it next time.

UH U CAN GET HIV from someones Spit.. (whoever that wrote u can't is the IDIOT.. lol just j/k but yeah u can get HIV from spit)
Solution, just heat it up, that would kill off any viruses or bacteria..
And since he was just placing your Order he probably didn't do anything.. but just to be on the safe side, heat it up.
I answered your other HIV on Hamburger question too... hahaha well don't be too paranoid. Most people get it from sharing unsterile needles and/or unsafe sex.
Btw Urine is sterile, so if he pissed on it (.. gross,, sick.. disgusting.. but could happen haha) throw it away and eat something else -- haha.

They always put the gloids up on register because they are to stupid to work anywhere else. I have worked in restaurants and the people in the kitchen love it when you mess with the tard. As long as you didn't holler back to the kitchen "no spittle in my vittles" then you should be fine. Dealing with idiots is the small price you pay to have fast food cheap. Learn to enjoy it and most of all learn to order in spanish.

I've heard stories from people who work in a fast food place just like that. They spit in or pee on people's food who make them angry. I am NEVER rude to someone who handles my food. At least at McDonald's most of the food is cooked before you order it so there wasn't much opportunity for the guy to mess with it.

i'd say it's ok to eat it, but in the future wait till you get your order. even if he or she is a jerk, get your food first. after make a complaint to the manager, if they are not there get their name and number along with your receipt and call them when you get home or first thing in the morning to complain. it really doesn't do you any good to say anything to the clerks, especially if they don't care.

When in doubt though, go with your intuition. Feed the food to your dog and make something new. And by all means, stop frequenting McDonalds, it's an evil empire, really.
