Yes, prokaryotes divide like all other cells. What is different is what happens during division. Remember that prokaryotes are much more complex which therefore requires a much more complex process. Because prokaryotes don't have very complex internal organelles other than ribosomes I would say cytokinesis isn't exactly a big deal or a long process at most.

When bacteria divide by binary fission, the last part is when the cytoplasm is divided between the two daughter cells. That's cytokinesis. Any cell that divides has cytokinesis.
