Check your library for "The Best American Science Writing", "Handbook of Technical Writing", and various materials on technical writing. A 'science paper' is still a very broad category. If you are supposed to write one for school, then you should have already been taught whatever is necessary. If not, then ask both your science teacher and your English teacher. They are, after all, the ones supposed to be educating you.

You can try www.pubmed.gov. This is an enormous database with essentially all of the recent articles in biology and medicine. You can search on any biological topic you want, then click on the link for a paper to read the abstract. There is generally also a link to the entire paper.

The major parts of most scientific papers are: title, abstract, introduction/background, materials and methods, results and figures, discussion, and references.
