fun fact: you can set the mclaren f1 and the bugatti veyron side by side, start the f1 off and let it reach 100mph, then set the bugatti off and the bugatti will still beat the mclaren to its top speed

Bugatti Veyron They make about 80 per year and it has a top speed of 257mph, but it is electronically limited to 253mph because the tires would pop at 257mph. It costs $1.5 million.
