I'm sorry! I just HAD to ask.

Senior Citizens on their best behaviour...

I have this gem saved in 'My Favouries' on my computer, and if I feel a little 'down' with things not going right, well I just look and see how the other half are living, and I feel a whole lot better.

THIS is what I want to be doing when Im their age...

I loved that! Thanks for sharing!! Sometimes we need some good humor, something to make us chuckle and laugh, no matter what age we are!

Hello to all the other Older generation members out there.
I think that we are already doing what we wish to do. And that is a lot more than the youngsters of today do. (I have two teenage daughters, & they are always telling my wife and I that we are embarrassing. Just because we laugh, wear colourful happy clothing, sing along to the music in shops. and generally enjoy our selves. I also take part in local wheelchair marathons, I am a very young 58).

Our girls and we have noticed that a lot of other teenagers, won't wear colourful clothing, or smile, and their idea of fun is somebody else's suffering. Plus spend their free time sitting in the bedroom, doing nothing.
Their favourite phrase about the older people is (This is the 21st Century - Get a Life)
They even get embarassed by the fact that older people make love, sometimes noiserly.

That is funny! Hubby isn't shy around people, at all. He'll do things like look at someone in a passenger seat of the car next to him, put on a totally surprised look and start waving at them, like he's known them and hasn't seen them in a long while. Their reactions are always hysterical.

Oh, I hope I'll be like that. My sister-in-law and I were just saying we don't laugh enough these days. I had to call my husband in to watch it after I saw the video-he burst out laughing too. Thank you so much for sharing, we needed that.

It's wonderful isn't it. Saw it along tim ago myself and loved it. Hubby and I try so hard to keep a good attitude. Doesn't always work of course, but we have ways to make one another crack up.
Laughter is so good for the soul. :O))) Like a breath of fresh air. Thanks for sharing it.
Chin up ok. You only have to do it one day at a time.
