i cant get the hard water spots off my van i have used bug n tar remover lemon juice vinager and CLR and NOTHING the clr took some off n the bug n tar remover took some off but its still there what is a good and not so expensove product to use on the windows and the van itself? the water has ben running off of a bamboo tree and i do believe thats whats making the water stick like it has cause the other side (were the tree isnt) has not one spot please help.

Buy some MICRO FIBER cloths at wal mart or where ever. Make sure it says micro fiber on the label as there are a lot of phonies. They won't scratch and all you need is plain water.

I actual have had a cleansing organization for 17 years,and that i visit allow you to understand that from the sound of it,your glass is etched,in which case the damage is everlasting.Does it seem cloudy?if so,then all you are able to do is replace the glass. regrettably, I actual have seen this take position to glass that my purchasers have paid as a lot as $3000 for.in case you do replace the glass,possibly a brushed glass that couldn't instruct etching is what's so as.Sorry!

wax. wash your car and dry it. then get a decent wax by meguirs or mothers and wax the car. that will remove the spots. i have the same problem with my car and wax solved it. put rainx on the windows also that wont allow water to settle it makes it run down

Get rubbing compound. It's a harsh product and will take off any coats of wax you have so your going to have to rewax that area but it should take it off.

try a good cleaner wax and them wax it water spots can be a pain to get off and hard water makes it even harder

the last resort you have is a polishing compound and a good orbital buffer.
