Let point have position vector p
A has sposition vector a
B has position vector b
p = a + 1/6(b - a)
p = (5/6) a + (1/6) b

A + (1/6)(B-A)
B-A is the vector from A to B, so this says to
start at A and go 1/6 of the length of that vector.
