I eat breakfast every single day, buddy. And I usually have cereal for lunch and dinner too. Not only is the best tasting food in the world, it doesn't require that I turn anything on or plug anything in.

Honestly, YES. Breakfast is THE most important meal of the day. It jump starts your metabolism, it gives your body the energy it needs and keeps you from pigging out the rest of the day.
Studies have proven that the avg person will GAIN 10 lbs. skipping breakfast for 1 year.
Any questions?

I stopped eating breakfast after I graduated HS!

I usually don't get hunger until 2-4 hours after I wake up!!

I love to eat breakfast for lunch, dinner or for a snack though!!!
