After Ottoman Empire declared war to France, Napoleon attacked Egypt and captured El-Aris and Gazza on February 1799. But not long after that,only on May 1799, an Ottoman army commanded by Cezzar (butcher) Ahmed Pasha, defeated French army. And send Napoleon back to France on August 1799. Oh, or should i say "they kicked Napoleon's big fat asss"

I think there was no Turkey in 1799. So if Napoleon beat Turkey in 1799 he must have been fighting an imaginary foe. Now the French, reveling in delusions... Yes that I can believe.
