i have a nvidia fx5500 and i was planning on overclocking it,even though its just 2 months old...the problem is that my cards memory clock frequency is lower than before.when it was new, its clock frequency was 400Mhz and now its just 332Mhz...is it normal?the core frequency however is still at 400Mhz(just the way it was) what it the reason why the frequncy went down?

That's odd. Could be just the monitoring software. Try other softwares to check the memory frequency like Everest, etc.
