it was only once. i have less energy, increased appetite, could this mean my periods coming. and no, this is not my first time. anyways do all these syptoms mean my period is near. i haven't had it in probably about 2 months so is it near. thanx.

cramps can also be from ovulation which is around 10 days from your period, cramps can also be from the uterus changing in preparation for you period.

Yes, it's possible that it could be a sign for you that your period is near. For some women increased appetite and lack of energy before their period may be normal. I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.

instead of looking at random signs
get a calendar and track your periods. tracking takes the guesswork out.
write down the day you start and circle that day in red. the put a line on each day you bleed.
count the days from day one to day one. this will tell you how long your cycle is and will help you to be prepared for its arrival so you dont end up with an embarrassing surprises.
also i have found that writing down the time i first see my period is helpful too,

i think it is near. either that or u are constipated. You should get ur period at least once a month. you could be deficient in iron, etc.

I always get cramps before my period, so yeah, your's may be coming soon.
