I have two laptops, one is a Toshiba Satellite Intel Celeron M, processor 1.5 GHz, 192 MB of RAM; the other is a HP Geniune Intel CPU T1350 @ 1.86 GHz, 782 MHz, 504 MB of RAM.
Now on to my question. I'm having major problems with the Internet. First of all, I can't get either of them to connect wirelessly. It SAYS excellent signal, but when I try to get online, it says "cannot display webpage." I know this means its connecting to the router, but the router isn't connecting to the internet. I can, however, connect hardwire. I'm getting excellent receive/send specs. My browser takes at least 2 min to open up a webpage though. It loads extemely slowly when it does finally connect to the page. I've done everything I can think of to do, but I simply can't fix this problem. Any help would be extremely appreciated!!!! Thank you!

Edited to add: I've done everything everyone has requested. My main problem is just getting the router working and also getting my browser to open quickly. Everytime I open it, it takes at least 2 min to get started, and then the pages take another 2-5 to load, and going from one page to another is ridiculous! I took the Toshiba to get examined (after spending a week straight trying to fix it myself AND staying on the phone for 4 hours with the Internet Service Provider), and they SAID they had to rewrite a few system files, but that didn't seem to help it. Any other suggestions?
