OK... so we were thinking about how the hippies "discovered" Bolinas, Sedona, Ashville, Woodstock, and Madison. They found the places before they were cool and expensive, settled down, bought some land. Then we know what happened next.

So, is it a good real estate strategy to follow the hippies? Where are they moving now?

hmmm... I'm confused about the answers. Did you read the questions? It's about where they buy land. It's a real estate question.

I don't know why everyone is writing with their definition of "hippie" or telling me what hippies do.

Where are they moving now?

People love freedom, free thinking, and psychedelic drug use. Thats what makes the hippy areas so popular. Spread the influence, spread the love, and profit from it.
