Here's an online place for Haynes manuals:

I've gone to places like Kragen for Haynes manuals and found them for my car (1996 model Ford).

Let me see if I can find you more.

You won't find an owner's manual at an auto parts store, only repair manuals. Check a dealer, they might be able to get one, but since the truck is already 13 years old you may just have to get one from eBay or something. There are several automotive literature dealers that sell on there.
