Does Anyone Else Think Some College Commercials Are Fake?

Commercials for Katherine Gibbs School, Lincoln Tech or Everest College. Some of them I have never heard of. Agree? Disagree?

I know what you mean, for some commercials it's like you go to the address and there isn't a building there. Creepy, huh?
