it depends... sometimes a fill in a blank is just for fun for example lets say someone said this vidoe games are _____ (fill in the blank)
in that condition you can write whatever you want but if it's something like this: hey there delilah how's it like in
_________ thats when someone already has something in mind

If the question is on a test, well of course. They are thinking of their idea of the right answer.
Otherwise, most people already have an idea of good answers but are looking to see if you agree with them, have a better answer, or are just looking for a little entertainment.

I usually do, but I would never expect somebody to come up with the same. I don't make it obvious and I have an expectation of creativity from my answerers.
