you still can't sue just because someone is breaking the law. there has to be some kind of cost to you. contact ICE and advise them of their hiring practices.

And what is the basis for damages? How do you justify getting money from this company. What direct damage has the hiring of anybody done to you? And how do you know they are hiring illegally? Are you working in the human resources department?

Long Answer: Even if you have absolute proof, you must show that you were injured by the company's hiring illegal aliens. Injured does not mean it harms the U.S. or it is illegal. It means you personally lost money because the illegals were hired, and your losses were different than any other citizen's losses.

Only if you can prove the hiring DIRECTLY affected you and this is going to be very hard to prove unless you were denied a job recently.
